In order to maintain a quality directory, BookCaster.com reserves the right to alter any listings on this site without notice. An alteration may pertain to items such as but not limited to grammar, links or page/category placement. While every effort is made to exercise fairness between our page listings, questions may arise regarding an action taken to a particular listing. If you are the listing owner, contact us to discuss an unwanted change to your listing.

We will not accept the following

* Submissions that include, constitute, promote gambling, illegal content or include pornography.
* Submissions that  material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate
* Submissions that contain affiliate links. Affiliate or outside advertising code is prohibited.
* Linked sites that use cloaking and/or redirects to another URL.
* Linked sites that contain mostly affiliate links.
* Linked sites with an "excessive" amount of pop-up or pop-under ads.

Submissions that do not comply with these rules will be rejected as a submission or be removed from the directory. BookCaster.com reserves the right not to post any Submissions, or to delete any listing that does not meet the above terms and conditions.

BookCaster.com will not be responsible for a failure to remove any listings that may be illegal, harmful or otherwise objectionable. Refunds are not issued to terminated accounts.

Removal Requests

Requests for a listing removal from BookCaster.com can be made by sending a written request to contact [@ ] BookCaster.com. BookCaster.com will remove the listing at the next scheduled site maintenance.

BookCaster.com reserves the right to modify any of these policies without notice.
